Received a call early this morning 5+am from hospital saying that grandfather-in-law's having difficulties in breathing and they had inserted a tube to aid him to breathe more smoothly... Grandfather-in-law has been in hospital for the longest time ever, it's been coming 2 months' stay in hospital...

Wanted to visit him early in the morning but Fil said go later in the noon... So Fil kept us updated on the latest news on grandfather-in-law & also kept Mil who's in China currently updated... The doctor said his condition deteriorated only this morning & he developed into fever due to the infection in his intestine & had lotsa of phlegm... Few days ago, we were still in dilemma whether should we let him go for operation to sort of remove the virus as even the doctor had no 100% confidence that he will recover or he will pull through it... So after much deliberation, decided not to let him go under the operating knives...

Went to visit him in late afternoon & when called him, 他还有反应... The only thing is he can't talk & he's kinda in a confusion state which the doctor had asked us to prepare for the worst as his condition 看起来不乐观... Cuz normally when he saw little prince, he will call him his nick... The maid told us he cried earlier on, cuz maybe he knows that 他的时间省不多了, & also feel sad to leave us? I did asked the doctor will he slip into coma & she said she's not sure on that as it's very hard for them to tell...

Now we can only pray hard that he will pull through this ordeal & recover soon... 阿公, 要快快好起来, 伟文还要叫您一声增祖父还有要跟您拜年(next year Chinese new year) 喔...
