Today went to see Dr John for my one month review with Stephiey after work... I'm so anxious about my own weight, whether I lost alot or I never lost any @ all... For this past whole month, I told myself not to weigh myself before I see Dr John for my review as I doesn't want to be pressurized by my weight... Although sometimes I'm quite tempted to see my weight but I still discipline myself from doing that... So I'm pretty happy that I can do that...

Met Stephiey @ Outram Mrt @ 6pm & took train down to Bouna Vista for our appointment @6.30pm... We're there 10 mins earlier than our appointment time & there's about 2-3 more patients before we could see Dr John... I was sitting on the small sofa that I think can only sit 2 people... Then came this aunty (also seeing Dr John) registered herself @ the counter & sat on the same sofa as me... Followed by another aunty (her friend) & sat together with me & the 1st aunty... I was telling whispering + hand-signing to Stephiey that can't the 2 aunties sit over @ the other side of the sofa?? why must squeeze together? After a while I went over the Stephiey's side to continue my 手足II... Aiko came shortly & the 3 of us went in together to see Dr John...



Dr John was kind of satisfied with my weight lost & of cuz I'm very HAPPY that I finally shedded off 3.5kg of my body... Now I'm weighing 52.5kg & 2.5kg more to the weight that Dr John set for me, but it's another 5 - 6kg more to my IDEAL weight... So I must GAMBATE!!!! Will be seeing Dr John in another month's time & I will continue NOT to weigh myself...



Alvin came to pick Stephiey up & Aiko was kind enough to accompany me to have my dinner, but nothing much to eat over @ the coffeeshop & I decided to go home sweet home to see my little prince...

To Stephiey & Aiko:

Thanks for the companionship today! I'm HAPPY that I managed to shed off some weight, but I will be much more HAPPIER if I'll be able to shed more kgs on me to my IDEAL weight!

LET'S GAMBATE TOGETHER!!! WE CAN DO IT & WILL GO BACK TO OUR IDEAL WEIGHT!!! =)
